Repair and Returns

Core SWX requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all items in need of repair or being returned. To receive an RMA number, please open a new ticket. Should you experience and issue completing the ticket please call us at 516-595-7488 or e-mail support@coreswx.com.

NOTE:If you have multiple items use the comments section to list remaining items on the same RMA Ticket


If you are looking for support for a product, please email support@coreswx.com instead of opening a return ticket. Return tickets are not seen until the items arrive at our facility and are opened by a technician.

Please be sure to view our warranty information before mailing your product. Non-warranty repairs will receive a quote prior to service.
NOTE: Warranties are non transferable

Any product sent in for service that goes unclaimed by the user after 6 months from time of receipt by our service department will be disposed of.


Note: All products should be sent to Core SWX using a trackable and insured method. Do not send Li-Ion battery packs through the United States Post Office. It is prohibited.

Note: An evaluation fee will be assessed for any items that are not under warranty or that are determined to be functioning within the specifications outlined in the product manual. However, this fee will be waived if you decide to proceed with a repair or trade-in of the product. Please note that shipping costs will still apply.
