Repair and Returns
Core SWX requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all items in need of repair or being returned. To receive an RMA number, please open a new ticket. Should you experience and issue completing the ticket please call us at 516-595-7488 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are looking for support for a product, please email email@example.com instead of opening a return ticket. Return tickets are not seen until the items arrive at our facility and are opened by a technician.

Please be sure to view our warranty information before mailing your product. Non-warranty repairs will receive a quote prior to service.
NOTE: Warranties are non transferable
Any product sent in for service that goes unclaimed by the user after 6 months from time of receipt by our service department will be disposed of.
Note: All products should be sent to Core SWX using a trackable and insured method. Do not send Li-Ion battery packs through the United States Post Office. It is prohibited.
If item sent in for warranty service is deemed to be functioning properly with no issues found or if service (warrantied or not) is denied end user will be responsible for return shipping.
